A collaboration with Manuel Lima. A love letter to Ryoji Ikeda, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Alva Noto, and all the brutalist sound artists who create music that seemingly lack sentimentality, yet are emotionally fulfilling.

I didn't realize it then, but this was the first time I was creating an interface that would turn out to have only one use; a few pics are included of the creation of that interface, which I named Otto. The interface is merely an Arduino Mega, 16 arcade buttons, 16 RGB LEDs, a few multiplexers, and an accelerometer.

The performance linked has a guest appearance from Justin Scheid, who was at the front of house controlling the feedback of the hall as a tertiary sound source.
